The Ivy Clinic every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (adults & children) & every other Saturday (children only)

Sessions are usually available to book around 4-5 weeks in advance. If you need to be seen sooner and there are no sessions available you can email to be added to my cancellations list at Kate@thiskatestuart.com. Thank you for your patience :)

BOOKING RECOMMENDATIONS

I recommend booking your initial consultation session and then at least 2 follow ups as my schedule fills up quickly.

This will ensure you will be on my schedule for timely follow up sessions.

SESSION COSTS

£85 initial adult consultation, case history, treatment & feedback (70mins)

£75 follow up adult session (60 mins)

£75 Initial child consultation, treatment plus written feedback (40 mins)

£75 baby (up to 12 months) session (60 mins)

£65 follow up child session (40 mins)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware as I am an independent therapist and have other client bookings to consider I practice a 48hr cancellation policy. Any cancellations (or no shows) within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. If you need to reschedule for any reason please let me know in as much advance as possible and I will try to accommodate. Likewise, if I need to cancel (due to an emergency) I will offer you a replacement session.

Please note this does NOT apply to my Saturday paediatric clinic where I require full weeks notice to reschedule a session.

To reserve an appointment a minimum 50% booking fee is required.

The remainder of the session payment can either be made at the time of booking or in person at your appointment.

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, however it can be transferred to another appointment as long as a minimum of 48 hours-notice is given.

All reduced block bookings (when available) are non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances subject to a 14 day cooling off period as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION GDPR

As Per Data Protection Act introduced to the UK in May 2018

Cranio-Sacral therapists keep records regarding your treatments.  During the case consultation, the therapist will record your name, contact details and other personal information such as your medical and life history.  The data you share with the therapist is confidential unless:

• You give written consent for personal information to be shared with a named person or professional.

• The therapist is required by law to share information.

• You disclose information that leads the therapist to believe there is significant risk to your wellbeing or to that of another person. The therapist will inform you of their decision and reason to share such information.

The therapist will make records during the case consultation and before and after each treatment.  This information enables the therapist track treatment progress and avoids duplication of information.  Personal information will not be used for any other purposes.  You have the right to request access to your data and should you need this information, please apply in writing, allowing one month to receive this.

The Code of Ethics, which forms a foundation for this work, requires therapists to keep these notes for a specific length of time. This information will be stored in a locked filing cabinet in the privacy of the therapists home. Any electronic devices we use are password protected, so email exchanges are only accessible by your therapist.
